Role: AdministratorType: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annumLocation: Raynesway, Derby (Office-Based)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced team.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service and managing incoming queries
• Schedule and coordinate daily jobs for engineers
• Track all live jobs through to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely billing
• Upload and manage job sheets, documentation, and compliance records
• Provide administrative support across the team, including post-sales coordination and tracking delivery timelines
